Forgotten DetailsWe are a speech and language therapy company based in London who work with Schools and Hospitals to help with the speech of children. We are now looking to create a more interactive development platform to progress therapy for the child by full participation of all people involved.
We hope to acheive this by providing a platform for users to upload development videos to our site. Videos can only be viewed expressley by people invited to view. We take security of this sensitive material very seriously.
Video Profiling is a way of securely sharing information about the learning, communication and independence skills of children and adults with complex Speech, Language and Communication needs.
It was developed by two Speech and Language Therapists working in special school and mainstream school environments with children with a range of diagnoses and needs (e.g. Down's Syndrome, Autism, Language delay/disorder, ASD, Sensory Impairment, Global Developmental Delay, Learning Disabilities).
Videos of skills and achievements are collected and compiled into a Video Profile. The Video Profile can be accessed by people working with that individual to celebrate achievements, monitor progress and make decisions about intervention.
Whether you are a parent, or a teacher, there are various options of sign up. We operate on a monthly subscription. Your account will be accessible when payment is made to that account. Otherwise, you will not be able to logon.
If a subscription is set up via paypal, they will automatically set this up as a subscription until you stop it manually.
You cannot view anyone elses profile unless you are invited by that person who has set up the childs profile.
The profiles are monitored and all data is captured for security. We have to right to protect the children who will be uploaded onto this site and therefore IP address and visit times and frequency will be recorded for each video.
